R\u00e1no vstanem a\u00a0de\u0148 za\u010d\u00ednam sladk\u00fdmi ra\u0148ajkami a\u00a0k\u00e1vou. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou ich zjem pri nejakom seri\u00e1ly a\u00a0a\u017e potom sa za\u010dnem pripravova\u0165 na nov\u00fd de\u0148. M\u00e1m ve\u013emi rada ak m\u00e1m r\u00e1no aspo\u0148 hodinu, niekedy aj viac, k\u00fdm od\u00eddem z\u00a0domu. Je to pre m\u0148a tak\u00e1 f\u00e1za d\u0148a ke\u010f sa pripravujem na v\u0161etko \u010do ma \u010dak\u00e1. Postupne sa preberiem, priprav\u00edm a\u00a0milujem ke\u010f som e\u0161te aspo\u0148 pol hodinu po prebuden\u00ed v\u00a0py\u017eame s\u00a0k\u00e1vi\u010dkou.Zmenila sa mi aj strava a\u00a0viac sa zaober\u00e1m t\u00fdm \u010do zjem. Mysl\u00edm to tak, \u017ee db\u00e1m viac na to aby som mala vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fa stravu a\u00a0dopriala si aj nie\u010do zdrav\u00e9. Nejde mi ani tak o\u00a0vzh\u013ead postavy ako o\u00a0moje zdravie. Sna\u017e\u00edm sa jes\u0165 v\u0161etko s\u00a0mierou a\u00a0doprajem si aj nezdrav\u00e9 veci. Asi najviac sa zmenil m\u00f4j pitn\u00fd re\u017eim, ke\u010f\u017ee denne vypijem minim\u00e1lne dva litre \u010distej vody! Nepijem \u017eiadne sladen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, iba v\u00fdnimo\u010dne. Je to ve\u013emi dobr\u00fd zvyk, ktor\u00fd mi pom\u00e1ha c\u00edti\u0165 sa svie\u017eo a\u00a0navy\u0161e to m\u00e1 priazniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky aj na moju ple\u0165.Cvi\u010d\u00edm sk\u00f4r pre rados\u0165 a\u00a0dobr\u00fd pocit. Preferujem aktivity na \u010derstvom vzduchu a\u00a0zase je to cel\u00e9 len o\u00a0zdrav\u00ed. \u010co sa t\u00fdka m\u00f4jho \u0161atn\u00edka ove\u013ea viac uprednost\u0148ujem pohodln\u00e9 k\u00fasky a\u00a0ke\u010f si mus\u00edm obliec\u0165 nie\u010do elegantn\u00e9 po chv\u00edli sa v\u00a0tom c\u00edtim ako uv\u00e4znen\u00e1. Milujem ke\u010f pr\u00eddem domov a\u00a0v\u0161etko to zo seba zhod\u00edm a\u00a0vk\u013aznem do pohodln\u00e9ho roz\u0165ahan\u00e9ho tri\u010dka. Sprav\u00edm si jedlo a\u00a0zapnem telev\u00edziu. Niekedy si doprajem aj poobedn\u00fd sp\u00e1nok. Povedala by som, \u017ee m\u00e1m celkom le\u017e\u00e9rny \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl.Rada chod\u00edm niekam do mesta na k\u00e1vu alebo dobr\u00e9 jedlo, \u010di poh\u00e1r v\u00edna. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee tak\u00fdto \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl prich\u00e1dza u\u00a0\u017eien vo veku, kedy sa u\u017e nepotrebuj\u00fa na ni\u010d hra\u0165. Je to pr\u00edjemn\u00fd pocit a\u00a0osobne si ho ve\u013emi u\u017e\u00edvam.
